 The onboarding process for new clients typically involves several steps to ensure that the I understand my client's needs and can provide effective support. Here's a general overview of the process:


  1. Consultation and Assessment: After scheduling a FREE 30-minute discovery call, we will meet virtually to discuss your needs, expectations, and goals. The consultation can take place via email, messaging apps, or video conferencing.
  2. Proposal: Based on the consultation and assessment, I will create a proposal outlining the scope of work, deliverables, timeline, and pricing. My clients will have an opportunity to review the proposal and provide feedback.
  3. Agreement: The agreement is included with the proposal. Once the proposal has been approved, my client will need to review and sign the agreement to begin the onboarding process.
  4. Compensation: My clients will be provided with an invoice after signing the agreement for my services. For retainer packages, 50% of the payment is due at time of signing and the other 50% will be due the day services start. You have the choice of paying 100% upfront as well. Services will only begin after payment is received. Please see Terms and Conditions for more information. 
  5. Training: If necessary, this is where I will start training on my clients specific tools, processes, and systems to ensure that I can provide effective support. This training can take place via screen-sharing sessions, video tutorials, or other methods.
  6. Communication: We will establish communication protocols, such as email, messaging apps, or video conferencing. We can also set up regular check-ins or status updates to ensure that the engagement is on track.


By following these steps, I can onboard new clients smoothly and efficiently, setting the foundation for a successful and productive working relationship.


 Starting June 2023, inbound and outbound calling/texting services will require a monthly fee of $150. This fee reflects the commitment, flexibility, and availability necessary to accommodate my clients' needs, often beyond standard working hours. It ensures priority access to my time and the ability to handle time-sensitive tasks efficiently. By implementing this fee, I can maintain the high level of service and reliability that my clients depend on.                ***Due to capacity, this service may not always be avaible.***


Hiring a Clinical Business Manager (CBM) allows therapists and group practice owners to step fully into their clinical role without the stress of running the business side of things. A CBM acts as your right hand by managing operations, streamlining systems, overseeing billing, HR, and compliance, and ensuring your practice runs smoothly day-to-day.

Instead of juggling scheduling, staff issues, and insurance logistics, you can focus on your clients while knowing your business is being managed with the same care and professionalism you bring to your sessions.


A Clinical Business Manager helps you:

In short, a CBM bridges the gap between clinical care and business success, helping your practice thrive without burning you out.


My services are package-based, not hourly, allowing me to fully focus on your practice without the limits of clocked time. Each package is tailored to your specific goals and level of support needed, from administrative organization to full clinical operations management.


Packages start at $250/month for basic administrative support and go up to $1,600/month for comprehensive business management. Because every practice is unique, pricing reflects the level of systems development, strategic involvement, and support required.

I am available from Monday - Friday, and some weekends depending on the project.
