Thank you for considering From Desk to Digital, LLC d/b/a Confide VA. Please find below our terms and conditions that apply to the use of our services:
- Scope of services: We offer virtual assistant services to assist with administrative tasks, scheduling, email management, customer support, research, and other tasks as agreed upon by both parties.
- Communication: Communication with your virtual assistant will be primarily through email, messaging apps or video conferencing. Our virtual assistants will be available during business hours and will respond to any inquiries or tasks in a timely manner.
- Payment: Payment for our virtual assistant services will be invoiced based on the package you choose or depending on the agreed-upon hourly terms. Payment is at time of signing. Services will begin once payment is received.
- Confidentiality: We understand the sensitive nature of some of the tasks we may be required to perform. Therefore, we maintain strict confidentiality with all information shared with us. We will not share, sell or disclose any information to any third party without your consent.
- Termination: Either party may terminate the virtual assistant service agreement at any time with written notice. Unused services will be refunded at a 50% rate.
- Liability: While we take every reasonable precaution to ensure the accuracy and quality of our work, we are not liable for any errors, omissions or damages arising from our virtual assistant services.
- Intellectual property: All intellectual property created or developed during the course of our virtual assistant services will remain the property of the client.
- Governing law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state or country where our virtual assistant services are provided.
